The hotel was very good with the best price. The breakfast was enough and was served in our rooms. You feel very secure in this hotel as you have to open 3 doors to get in! The rooms had new furniture and italian decoration and clean.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. The gentleman who works in the evening went out of his way for two friends of mine who didn't have a room. Hotel Chicago was full and he recomended another hotel which was too expensive for my friends, so he let them use the free internet to find a place. He allowed them to use his own personal cell phone to call around and find an appropriate hotel. He went above and beyond for these people who were not even staying there. Excellent customer service. Also free wifi in the room. Huge bonus!
I hesitate to complain because the customer service was so excellent, but the beds were very hard. And I'm a pro traveler and used to hard beds in asia, etc. These were really hard. I camp, sleep on cots alot with no problem, but here, I woke up with a crimp in my back two night in a row.

The place was spotlessly clean and we loved queen room. Excellent service, provided by the welcoming staff. The location was particularly good, near to terminal with easy access to a shopping street and a market.
The area was not very good.
